Britt has been with Monarch since 2007. Prior to working with Monarch, he was supervisor with a drywall company for 10 years. Britt’s a family man, with 4 kids, and he enjoys motorcycling, fishing, and waterskiing. He’s a Little League baseball coach for three teams as well.
