Prior to joining Monarch in 2006, Bill Sharp accumulated more than 20 years of experience in carpentry. He has a passion for quality construction. Bill combines this experience with humility and humor, making for a winning combination. He's a father of 2, and enjoys motocross, skiing, waterskiing, fishing, golf, and noodling. Noodling?! (He admits he's never actually caught any catfish barehanded, noting that it's hard to catch them on a floatie.)
