Architect
Todd Hotchkiss is the principal architect for Monarch Renovations. With nearly 30 years of experience in architecture, much of it residential, Todd enjoys the collaborative design process of working with Mark and our valued clients.
Todd grew up in Pennsylvania in a home built in 1723 where he learned to appreciate old house details. He’s married with two great kids and plays a mean harmonica.
“I love the details and history of old houses, and I know that they need to be adapted to the needs of families today. I work hard to make sure that we do that with the sensitivity that these well-crafted homes deserve. It’s really a matter of respect.
