Mark Swanda founded Monarch Renovations in 2003 after 6 years running a successful construction business but family needs pushed for a change that required less travel. Drawing on his love for historic architecture and his hands-on building experience, he founded Monarch Renovations in 2003. In addition to running the business, Mark raises a family of six, coaches Little League and volunteers his time as a board member of the Waveland Park Neighborhood Association.
