Cynthia O'Brien is a certified LEED Accredited Professional.  Ms. O’Brien received her Masters of Architecture degree from Iowa State University and her B.F.A. in Architectural Interior Design with a Minor in Business Marketing and an emphasis in Art History from Drake University.  Ms. O’Brien’s focus is to raise the awareness of green building and sustainable design in the residential market.  Cynthia is active in the community serving on boards such as the Des Moines Public Library Foundation, the Greater Des Moines Public Art Foundation, The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in the State of Iowa and Center on Sustainable Communities (COSC).
