2 Scope & Budget Analysis
A design contract is entered into. We come up with design solutions that solve as many problems as we can identify. We give budget amounts to each part and we weigh which parts can be afforded. We also try to get a feel for what level of quality you want. Prioritizing the design solutions helps to give the project focus and direction.
